In stock items typically ship within 72 hours.  Tracking information will be provided to you when available.  Please call us for lead times for custom products/items not in stock.


At MODCLAIR, we want you to be happy with all of your purchases. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return any item that qualifies within 7 days of receiving it. Items that can be returned are in-stock items purchased from our Montclair showroom or online within 7 days of purchase for a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Original shipping charges and return shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund. Please contact one of our sales representatives so they can start the return process for you.

Made to order, Special orders and Floor Sample items do not qualify for return.


Our Brands take all the precautions they can to deliver your items in perfect condition.   However, damages can still unfortunately occur.   If you receive a damaged item make sure to contact your sales representative within 48 hours. MODCLAIR reserves the right to replace, repair or refund you for the damaged item.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
